Keywords is our newly introduced feature! Now words can be extracted from your recorded conference calls. You can pinpoint the exact location a word was used in the recording, and listen to the content around it.
Features Included After each recording is made, a link is provided in your Call Detail Reports to the list of keywords or online from your Recordings page. You may also export them to Evernote and even order a written transcription. Getting Started 
The Keywords feature is available to you at no cost. Simply enable or disable it from your Account Info page at any time.
