Archive Recording with FreeConferenceCall

The team at FreeConferenceCall.com has developed a feature which allows you to archive your recorded conference calls. In addition, every time you make a recording we assign a reference number which allows callers to access that specific recording when calling the playback number.

Archive recording features include:

  • Storage of recorded conferences both online and playback number
  • Download of MP3 and WAV formats
  • Password protection to set recordings to private

How to access recorded conference calls from your account online:

To access your recorded conference calls online, go to www.freeconferencecall.com and click Login found on the top right corner. You will need your conferencing credentials like access code, dial-in number and subscriber pin code.Once logged in, the default page will take you to the recordings page where they are stored. From this page you may access your reference number for each recording to supply to your listeners via the playback number, date of the call, duration information, playback from your computer, download to your computer, delete option and setting any recorded conference file to private by creating a numeric password.

How to access recorded conference calls using your playback number:

To access your recorded conference calls via the playback number (provided upon registration and My Account tab), provide your callers with the playback number, access code and the reference number (provided on the Call Detail Report after each call or the Recordings page in your account online) for the recording you would like them to listen to. All callers then dial the playback number, when prompted they enter the access code and then the system will ask for the reference number. If you have set a recording to private and you would like your listeners to listen to that recording, make sure to provide them with the password you created.
